Shipping and Customs

I am a small, part-time business, and I like to keep things as simple as possible. All pipes are shipped worldwide, but I am not responsible for any customs duties and / or import taxes, including local VAT that may apply and be charged locally on your pipe. Please take this into account when purchasing a pipe. All parcels are sent tracked and / or signed, but after shipping, responsibility shifts to the courier (I am not responsible for delays).

Returns and Refunds

I strive to make the very best smoking pipes possible, but if you are not happy with any aspect of your pipe, please get in touch. I will accept returns and offer refunds if the pipe is faulty, or has become damaged in transit.

Payment

I only accept payment through this website, for security purposes. If you’d like to make a bank transfer, please contact me directly. I do not accept cash or cheque.
